Zzzz...
“Zzzzzz” was the name of this great tea that I used to drink late at night. It was a mixture of lavender buds and chamomile leaves. I would sip it from a round clay mug that a friend made me. I’d breathe in the lavender as I cradled the warm mug in my hands. It felt as if I was snuggling under the covers while listening to a bedtime story. I have always found the scent of lavender very soothing.
