Sunset Ponderings
The boy I didn’t kiss, the job I didn’t take and the house we didn’t buy… the could have, should have, would haves, that run through my mind on a quiet car ride in July.
in the warmth of the pink and orange sunset those what ifs pass and I am reminded that I love the man I‘m with, am grateful for the time to develop as an artist, and appreciate the neighborhood and school experiences that helped to shaped my kids . I am feeling good about where I’ve landed. Those decisions and nondecisions were just a part of the journey.
